Ken Tirpack

Senior Instructor

Ken Tirpack was hired in the Fall of 2010 and with him he brought knowledge and experience of the Major League level both as a scout and a player. Coach Tirpack attended Campbell High School, and was recruited to play baseball at Ohio State. With the Buckeyes he posted numerous statistical records in the programs hitting department. After Ohio State Coach Tirpack was drafted and signed with the Minnesota Twins, where he was able to participate as high as the AAA level.

While also serving as a senior instructor he is also an Associate Scout for the Cleveland Indians organization. Coach Tirpack brings an understanding of the game that many players don't have access to. His experience at the DI level, the professional level, and the scout level allows him to detail how OTN's programs should be set up, so players get the maximum benefit.

Coach Tirpack has also been integral in the establishment of the OTN's evaluation system, that it will use in its showcases, player evaluations, and college advisement program."
