Neil Schaffner was hired in the Winter of 2010 and has brought a wealth of knowledge to an already experienced staff. Coach Schaffner went to Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky where he received a masters in Physical Education. He has been an assistant coach at UVA and IUPUI.
From 2004 - 2006 Coach Schaffner was an integral part of the Cleveland Indians minor league organization as a strength and conditioning coach.
